5. Payments and Fees

  • Freelancers are paid after project completion and client approval.

  • Clients must deposit funds for awarded projects before work begins.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a dispute, both parties should attempt to resolve the issue through direct communication.

  • If unresolved, WebxEarn may step in as a mediator.

  • WebxEarn’s decision in disputes is final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Freelancers retain ownership of their work until the client makes full payment.

  • Upon payment, rights to the delivered work are transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Users must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent projects or fake jobs.

  • Circumvent WebxEarn by making payments outside the platform.

  • Spread viruses, spam, or malicious code.

  • Misuse the ratings, reviews, or reporting system.

9. Termination of Account

WebxEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the community.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • WebxEarn is a marketplace platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services.

  • We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user interactions.

  • Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to WebxEarn.
